Hello Everyone,

I have created this forum so that everyone in our Fairfield community can voice/post his or her opinions, interests, complains etc.... Please use it as a tool to network our neighbors and promote growth to our community. Please don't SPAM and be courteous to others. Please read the "Term of Use." Hope you all find this forum helpful and everyone enjoy the benefit of it.

There is a concern that since the Fairfield At Long Neck forum's content can be accessible (read) from anywhere on the internet, "it could dissuade them [potential home buyers] from buying in Fairfield and go elsewhere." I believe the concern is sincere. On the other hand, by able to access the content of our forum, the potential buyers can see how our community work together solving problems/concerns/issues.

So I propose a poll and invite everyone in the Fairfield community to vote

Fairfield at Long Neck forum will be

1) closed to public, opened to registered owners
2) opened to public, opened to owners (registered and not registered)
3) opened to public general contents, closed to public sensitive contents.

The third option will be my reference. The closed content will require a general password. I will send the password to our email list. In that way, the owners can still read the content as guests without have to register to the forum if they choose to.

Since this is our community forum, your vote is count. Thanks everyone.
