driving restriction lifted

the level 2 driving ban has been lifted as of about 11am sunday, the DE helpline at 800-464-4357 says "you can go back home, just be careful because of the flooding". They didn't have any info on conditions in Long Neck, rain has stopped in Dover so we're heading down, will update once there or if we're stopped by flooding
