This is a reminder from the Fairfield HOA to everyone in Fairfield to please be courteous and clean up after your pet(s). It has been brought to the HOA’s attention by Excel that this has become an ongoing problem throughout our Community. Everyone needs to be more responsible for their pets. There are numerous dog bag stations to be used while walking your pet(s) as well as designated dog walk areas on the connecting road between Phase I and Phase II (Blue Mist Drive). It is imperative that everyone cleans up after their pets and keeps the Community clean. This way, all areas can be enjoyed without the worry of unsanitary conditions for pets, their owners and children.

Anyone reported not cleaning up after their pet(s) will be fined. Any questions, please contact Vinny Tallarico from Excel at 302-462-6351.
