FAIRFIELD HOMEOWNERS LABOR DAY PICNIC 8/30/08

After some preliminary discussions with a few homeowners in both Phase I & II, our intent is to organize a Homeowner/Family Picnic in the area outside the pool. I have volunteered to organize the event however all community participants will be expected to contribute to the effort by sharing in the responsibilities which include, set-up cooking, bringing grills, coolers , folding tables, etc., and clean-up.

Depending on the number attending, the $250.00 contributed by Excel will be used to pay for the hot dogs, hamburgers, corn, paper supplies, condiments and beverages. We will ask participants to bring a side dish of their choice such as appetizers, salads, fruit, or dessert.

Date/Time: Labor Day Weekend, the date is Saturday August 30th, beginning at 3pm

Location: Outside the Pool

To take part, all interested homeowners must contact me no later than August 24th either by phone, (302) 231-8234 or via e-mail, plshaw1710@gmail.com therefore, it is imperative we get this information disseminated asap.
